If an exchange or refund is desired, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date for orders shipped through standard shipping and within 3 days for orders shipped through USPS Express/UPS Next Day. Please note that we will be going based off the tracking number information. With few exceptions determined solely by Pink Plastic, all items returned are refunded with store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Pink plastic thoroughly inspects each item before shipping out to ensure none are broken or damaged. Once it leaves our home-base and is in usps hands, we are not responsible for any lost, broken or damaged items while in transit. Please do not send your item back before speaking to a Pink Plastic representative.
